Personal Motivation: In a word, God. I have always been ambitious and have shot for the sky. However, I have tried to attentuate the egoism that pursuing one's ambitions engenders and have tried to focus on being a Instrument of God's Peace.

I want to take all that I have and am and serve God by taking the values I learned from Christ. These really make up the core of progressivism: love, compassion, sacrifice, justice, acceptance, toleration, and forgiveness; and serving others with my abilities (finance, consulting) and resources (education, family).

Current Positions: CPL Fellow and political novice!

Leadership Interests: I want to help start and lead a social enterprise that will use financial literacy, the ability to understand effectively use money, to combat poverty in our lower classes and foster wealth building. This will require direct involvement and investment in the community and our educational system.

If we teach people the difference between income and wealth, if we teach the difference between saving 10% of your income rather than paying this to cash their paychecks, if we focus on building the attitudes that build wealth and community, we empower people to combat those forces in our society that sustain poverty.
