Claudia Ahwireng

Claudia Ahwireng will graduate from University of Maryland College Park in December 2006 with a degree in Sociology and History.  After graduation, she plans to pursue a joint JD/Masters in Public Policy. 

Claudia worked as a field Deputy Coordinator for a local County Council race, where she managed volunteer recruitment and training and helped coordinate phone banks and canvassing efforts.  Claudia has a strong interest in working for a social justice organization and particularly wants to provide a voice for people who are currently underrepresented.
