Regional Council: Northern California
The CPL Northern California Regional Council is based in the Bay Area, with regular meetings in San Francisco and the East Bay. We are a group of activists, donors, professionals and other interested folks who want to help support and train a new generation of progressive leaders. Northern California has many progressive havens and hotspots, and we see our role as helping progressive leadership blossom inside and outside of our traditional areas.
To accomplish this, we are focused on two main goals:
-
Engaging and developing a strong donor outreach and fundraising program that will support the goals of CPL.
-
Engaging the already vibrant Northern California progressive community to work together to promote a proactive and long-term strategy for progressive leadership development.
Despite our critical mass in the Bay Area, we are very interested in connecting with interested people across all of Northern California – from the Coast to the Central Valley to the Sierras. We’ve got a lot of work to do, so let’s do it together.
How to Get Involved
We get together regularly for happy hours to involve new supporters - see information at right.
