Motivation:  I have been a big proponent of doing something to gain something.  I do not want to be the person that always complains about something and does nothing.  I want to make a difference in both my community and professional career.

Volunteer Highlights: Educator, Neighborhood Housing Services of Phoenix; Board Member, Grand Canyon Minority Supplier Development Council; Past Chair, Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce;  Hispanic Business Committee

Leadership Interests: I would like to have a more structured knowledge of protocols and processes to advocate for small businesses.  I also would like to be effective in reaching our youth, starting in the junior high school demographic.  It’s important to motivate our youth into higher education.
