Motivation: Based on my work experience in the public service sector, I believe government should run more like a private business, rewarding employees for job performance, setting up measurements to track performance, promoting ideas and empowering employees to achieve greater results through calculated risks.

Leadership Interests: I am interested in a non-elected leadership position.  I would like to take an active role to make the State of Arizona the best employer, changing its current image and high employee turnover rates.
