Blair Talmadge

2007 Pennsylvania Faculty Member

Program: 2007 Pennsylvania Fellowship

 

Blair was the Philadelphia-based Coach in CPL's inaugural Political Leaders Fellowship. Blair has 14 years of diversified administrative experience and achievement as a political consultant. He manages all aspects of political campaigns and has worked on all levels of elected government. Blair has worked on campaigns in 21 states in various capacities – from Campaign manager to Church Lady.

 

Committed to social change, Blair aspires to elect progressive leaders who will redirect scarce public resources to its best use. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Blair received his undergraduate and master's degrees in Pennsylvania. In 2005, he has successfully assisted Atlantic  City Mayoral-elect Bob Levy, Common Pleas Judge-elect Lissette Shirdan-Harris and State Representative Cherelle Parker to victory and was chief strategist to PA state Representative-elect Tony Payton, Jr in 2006.
